A: First, keep in mind that we will never sell your information to third parties or other marketing companies. In the event that you are excessively solicited by a seller, please let us know so that we may file a complaint on your behalf.

Q: Do you offer refunds if I buy a complete ad and the person has already found a car or is no longer interested?
A: Sorry, we do not. It would be tough to keep the site going if we offered that type of refund. That is mainly the reason why we have priced your access to the users so low. We also date the posts so you can decide whether it is worth pursuing or not. Our postings only appear for 10 days and then they are deleted. Research indicates that most people will take several weeks to make their final purchase. By keeping our pricing as low as possible we try to split some of the risk with sellers.
